Beginning
from Nawalgarh, a small town located on the edge of great THAR-DESERT
in Rajasthan, India in 1993-94 covering about 10,000 target population...

• By 1995-96, we expanded to cover five Districts in Rajasthan State covering a total population of 100,000 persons.
• In 1997-98, we covered entire Rajasthan and initiated few
of our activities in three neighbouring States namely,
Haryana, Punjab,Uttar Pradesh covering
about 500,000 population.
• In the year 2000-01, we expanded the scope of our activities
to about 15 States in the country i.e. covering North, South, East
and West of India to cover about one million population.

In the year 2004-05, new collaborations were established outside
India in Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Malaysia, Costa Rica, England,
USA, etc. By 2005-06, addition of new activities and new tie-ups
with private sector in India and technical collaborations with international
resource organizations, Morarka Foundation has expanded its outreach
to cover about five million population.
Today, with Information Technology Enabled Services ITES becoming the backbone, Morarka Foundation is expanding the scope of its work to the whole WORLD. The two main areas of interventions being Organic Agriculture Development and Biotechnology for Agriculture and Environment, we are now adding many-many more countries.
